It's best to consult a medical astrologer for any surgical intervention. After all, Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine said, "One cannot call himself a doctor unless he practices astrology."
Entresto is a medication for heart failure, addressing the weakening of the heart muscle. It works by blocking harmful hormones that narrow blood vessels and cause water retention, while supporting helpful hormones that relax vessels and expel excess salt and water. Taken orally twice daily, dosage increases gradually under healthcare provider supervision. It replaces ACE inhibitors and ARBs, necessitating discontinuation of prior medication for at least two days. Monitoring for blood pressure, potassium levels, and kidney function is crucial. Common side effects include low blood pressure and dry cough, while angioedema, though rare, requires immediate medical attention. Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with severe kidney issues. Tips: 1. Follow dosage instructions precisely. 2. Monitor for side effects diligently. 3. Always consult healthcare providers for any concerns or questions.
There is no proof sacubitril does anything, the effects are simply from the generic valsartan. It was the only A plus B vs C trial, they lowered the dose of enalapril, removed people having adverse effects, there is no other pharma making so called neprelysin inhibitors. The FDA approves things that don't do anything all the time
I have to get a Whipple procedure done on 02.29.24 due to having AFAP. I have a tumor in my bile duct & over 100 polps in the beginning of the small intestines. Last year on 03.17.23 I had to have my colon & rectum out due to colorectal cancer and now I have an ileostomy bag. Due to the AFAP one day this will take me out. I feel like I'm on borrowed time & my days are limited. I have to be honest, I'm terrified to have the Whipple procedure and all it is going to do is prolong my life maybe 5yrs if I'm lucky... I am extremely conflicted about having this surgery 😢
Praying for you. I’m so sorry you are going through this…I had a distal pancreatectomy/spleenectomy. I hope all goes well.
God bless u
I will be having the same procedure due to a tumor at the head of my pancreas and partially blocking my gallbladder. JESUS has taken this cancer and worked miracles through it! I was diagnosed December 11th, almost five months ago and the tumor has NOT spread nor has it gotten any BIGGER. My relationship with my mother was healed, we are so close now, likewise the problems with my sisters, we are all healed. I am a totally different person through Jesus Christ and I encourage you to seek Him and draw close, choose salvation through Jesus Christ, pray for healing, He will take away your fear. God bless you, dear.
I pray for you as well from Frankfurt, Germany! All the best
How much money
My father has a lung transplant.
Umm…how a heart failure patient exercise if they’re tired all of the time?
Try a beet root powder and a good electrolyte to boost energy. Also a D3&K2 vitamin will also help. I do have CHF and this does help with energy

They have to do the best that they can
I just got diagnosed with small airway disease and copd stage 2 they said life expectancy is 5 years maybe more if i had a transplant I don’t think I could do a transplant
That’s horrible! I’m so sorry you have to go through this :(
I received my Donor Heart Christmas Day 2019
The problem with those breast surgeons out there is that they don’t consider what is best for the woman but what is better for them and just go and do the mastectomy or do an incisional biopsy that radically damages the breast; the medical professionals that deal with breast cancer are few that have the conscience to do the best possible method for the woman.
Am really interested I loved science

Hello doctors in 2023 who cheated on their homework and school work
Need to find a different "treatment method." Wanting and waiting for someone else to die just to get their body part(s) is not the answer. Figure something else out.
Im trying to get zephyr values borderline wont know to late fed they found a nodule in right 6 mm if not collateral ventilation i get them if not i ll pray for a vat where they take out upper lobes through a hole breathing hard stack air badly im praying i get some relief
Can anyone please suggest .. I don't have money and my father lungs damadged 80% to 90% any help or person u know who can help us .. i am from india 😢 as per doctor it will cost 80 to 90 lakh in dollar it will be like around 110 thousand dollars ..😢
It's beyond amazing what they can do these days.😮
This is why it’s better to work toward learning how to grow organs. Imagine a lab taking genetic info from you and growing a heart, liver, or lungs and having that put in your body. No rejection drugs would be needed as your body would recognize it as your own. That level of technological advancement is something we need to push toward.
True, but there's more money in transplantation and having people die to get those organs. If they grow everything else in a lab, then there is no excuse why they can't grow synthetic(?) organs in a lab as well.
But what if your genes are the reason you need a transplant in the first place?
I autualy need a lung transplant

How soon after surgery can I smoke?
never
@@X_Mysterium OH! Oh, oh. Don't smoke cigarettes, but WEED is okay, eh? Well, alright.
@@russchadwell well atleast you can smoke the gases coming out of nuclear power stations, atleast you wouldnt need anymore lung transplants, because it wont be life threating... if you no longer have life.
I’m glad I know Jesus, I would not do this if I had the chance what a nightmare, I am living by the comandments and not purposely sinning. Forgive everyone daily and REPENT. Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven He took away my fear🙏✝️❤️
Great informative video. My sister in law just went through this two days ago at Temple University Hospital.
Yo it’s a privatepart
So one day will there be a heart transplant/replacement that doesnt have all these restrictions???
